Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For cancellations made between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.
For cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

“Late arrival or early departure will be charged at 100% of the booked stay.”

The corresponding amount will be due immediately in such cases.

Please remember that the Austrian travel insurance, which we are happy to offer you at the time of booking, covers all cancellation costs in the event of illness.

And this is available at a fair price that covers almost everything.
If you already have travel insurance included with your own policy (for example through a credit card such as Visa), we kindly ask you to clarify the details in advance, as not all card payments provide the same insurance coverage.
