Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Contacting Us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
Data Storage
We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner via cookies, as well as name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number along with other data provided by the invoice recipient.
In addition, for the purpose of contract fulfillment, personal data (such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, etc.) of the service recipient is stored. The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to our tax advisor for fulfilling our tax obligations, and to data service providers who ensure the operation of our database, IT, and newsletter systems. We have concluded data processing agreements with these providers in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
If the shopping process is aborted, the stored data will be deleted. In the case of a completed contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 (1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
