Free cancellation is possible up to 8 weeks prior to arrival.
\nFor cancellations made between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.
\nFor cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.<\/p>\n
\u201cLate arrival or early departure will be charged at 100% of the booked stay.\u201d<\/p>\n
The corresponding amount will be due immediately in such cases.<\/p>\n
Please remember that the Austrian travel insurance, which we are happy to offer you at the time of booking, covers all cancellation costs in the event of illness.<\/p>\n
And this is available at a fair price that covers almost everything.
\nIf you already have travel insurance included with your own policy (for example through a credit card such as Visa), we kindly ask you to clarify the details in advance, as not all card payments provide the same insurance coverage.<\/p>\n
